The ideal candidate for the relevantwork experience. Manages the entire project lifecycle from projectdefinition through implementation.
Accountable for meeting agreedupon scope cost schedule and quality measures. Develops projectplan and drives project milestones.
Establishes effectivecommunication plan with project team and key stakeholders. Providesdaytoday direction to project resources.
Ensures effective changemanagement occurs throughout the course of the project. Responsiblefor preparation of documentation status reports and budgets.
Rolerequires excellent oral and written communications interpersonalnegotiation project planning judgment leadership decisionmakinganalysis and problemsolving skills.

Develop andexecute comprehensive project plans tailored to the retailenterprise environment.
Define project milestones andsuccess criteria specific to cross functionalinitiatives.
Liaise with business retail operationsteams IT departments vendors and other stakeholders to ensurealignment of project objectives with retail businessneeds.
Provide regular project updates to retailleadership incorporating feedback and addressing concerns tomaintain stakeholder engagement.
Requirements :
Bachelors degree in businessadministration project management or a related field
Proven experience in project management 8 years (within the retailindustry is a huge bonus) with a focus on enterprisewideinitiatives.
Proficiency in project management tools andmethodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonalskills with the ability to collaborate effectively across retaildepartments and organizational levels.
Strong analyticalskills and business acumen with a focus on driving retail businessresults through strategic project execution.
Ability tomanage multiple retail projects simultaneously prioritize taskseffectively and adapt to changing retail business needs.
Certification in project management (e.g. PMP PRINCE2) aredesirable.
