1. 组织管理所辖区域矿场基础设施的综合运维 保障数据中心运营安全
2. 组织管理所辖区矿场基础运维团队实现对客户承诺的服务水平协议(SLA)要求 配合项目实施完成相关项目
3. 落实所辖区矿场的基础设施运维质量指标 提高能源效率(PUE)值
4. 负责监管所辖区域数据中心运维团队的日常管理工作 如值班安排 工作分配 日常考评等工作落地情况
5. 根据所辖区矿场基础设施情况审核与本部门相关的管理制度 标准操作手册SOP 维护操作MOP和应急预案等 并负责以上运维管理体系的落地执行管控与操作标准化提升工作
岗位基本要求
1.本科以上学历,电气 机械等相关专业背景
2.具有十年以上相关矿场基础设施运维经验 同时管理过三个以上的矿场项目 具备6年以上的基础设施团队管理经验 具备对接服务过两家以上BAT级别互联网大型用户定制园区级项目运维经验者优先
3.安全风险意识高 确保数据中心运营安全可靠度
4.熟悉包括高压 / 低压 / UPS / 柴油发电 / 暖通空调 / 给排水 / 消防 / 安防 / 门禁 / 监控等系统的运行及维护等方面专业知识
5.能够适应中长期出差
