Qualifications
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Completes medical screening and / or assessment of new patients upon admission.
- Monitors medication process for individuals, including supervision of medication distribution, supervising self-administration process.
- Prepares Medication Administration Record (MAR).
- Provides patient education (group and individual) regarding medications.
Education and Experience
- Unencumbered LPN license to practice in state of Georgia.
- 1 year of experience working psychology and or addiction is preferred.
