2ND SHIFT

Foundations Recovery Network (FRN) is the premier provider of integrated treatment for co-occurring addiction and mental health concerns, offering residential and outpatient services nationwide.

Located in the serene forest foothills of northern Georgia, Black Bear Lodge is a - bed place of solace and healing for those individuals suffering from addiction and mental health issues.

Qualifications

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Completes medical screening and / or assessment of new patients upon admission.
Monitors medication process for individuals, including supervision of medication distribution, supervising self-administration process.
Prepares Medication Administration Record (MAR).
Provides patient education (group and individual) regarding medications.

Education and Experience

Unencumbered LPN license to practice in state of Georgia.
1 year of experience working psychology and or addiction is preferred.
