Description
Summary :
Provides professional nursing care for the comfort andwell-being of patients. Prepares equipment and assists physicianduring examinations and treatments.
Administers prescribedmedications, changes dressings, cleans wounds, and monitors patientvital signs. Observes and maintains records on patient care,condition, reaction, and progress.
Requirements :
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.Able to assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience as aRegistered Nurse.
- Current Louisiana State RNLicense
- BLS (American Heart Association)required.
- ACLS provider certificationrequired.
- PALS certification required.
