Amundsen Davis is seeking a land use, zoning, and local government attorney to join the firm's Milwaukee office to support a dynamic team within the Real Estate Service Group.
Successful candidates are licensed in Wisconsin and have four or more years of experience in local government law, land development and permitting strategies, licensing, or land use litigation.
Prior experience handling early stage local government approvals and late stage support of complex projects is strongly preferred.
The ideal candidate is skilled at handling public meetings, researching ordinances, drafting and reviewing development agreements, writing plan narratives, and filing applications.
