We are hiring a Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Candidate to Lead Financials during a D365 implementation . You will play a pivotal role in optimizing finance processes, driving efficiencies, and ensuring the successful deployment of D365 Finance Solutions.
Full Time Direct Hire
Primarily Remote - Onsite work in Wisconsin during key project milestones, Conference room pilots, testing, and go-live planned for March 2025.
Responsibilities
- Act as the functional ERP owner, overseeing all finance processes within the Dynamics 365 environment.
- Utilize functional skills to manage various stages of the project lifecycle, including requirement gathering, fitment analysis, functional design, integration testing, user acceptance testing, training, and hypercare support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to serve as the liaison between business users and technical teams, evaluating new requests and overseeing processes related to finance teams.
- Identify problem statements, evaluate solution options, provide recommendations, and drive continuous improvement enhancements.
- Develop detailed design, architecture, and process artifacts, including functional and technical specifications, and execute implementation according to the plan.
- Coordinate testing processes with business teams, including test case creation and integration testing with tools like OANDA and SKGlobal.
- Lead regression testing for new code releases, ensuring the integrity of finance-related functionalities
- Lead the review of business cases for new features introduced in Microsoft releases and internal requests.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 Finance / AX implementation and support.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and address business challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Prior experience with regression testing and familiarity with testing methodologies.
- Proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering value-added solutions.
- Knowledge of OANDA and SKGlobal is a plus.
