Sr. Director, Custom Research (Qualitative)

MarketCast combines the power of research, technology, and data science to help marketers and researchers maximize their advertising impact and unlock brand Fandom.
Our data and insights guide critical marketing decisions, helping brands determine which fandom audiences to prioritize and product benefits to communicate, in addition to developing, launching, and measuring brand and advertising campaigns across media platforms.
We’re looking for :
- Someone who is excellent at managing insights projects from start to finish.
- Folks who can see data and tell a story, finding actionable insights and turning data interpretation into an impactful story to drive action for our clients.
- A researcher who’s great in all aspects of Qual project design, moderating and analysis.
- Someone who can lead and mentor a team on every stage of the research process.
- Someone with strong problem solving skills.
- Team players who enjoy working in groups.
- Creative thinkers who can see patterns in data.
- Curious minds, especially when it comes to people.
- Strategic brains capable of out-of-the-box thinking.
It’ll be helpful if you have :
- At least 9 years of experience in custom / ad hoc research.
- At least a Bachelor’s degree in the Social Sciences, Economics, Business, Marketing, Statistics or related fields.
- A desire to live in LA or NY and work out of the Culver City or Manhattan office.

Per the pay transparency law, the hiring range for this position is $140,000 to $145,000. MarketCast offers a competitive total rewards package for its employees.
