As the Executive Director of Total Rewards at CentraCare, you will lead the strategic design and management of our rewards programs.
The role provides guidance to Payroll, Benefits, and Compensation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaborating with leaders, you will develop sustainable solutions for operational excellence.
Within HR leadership, you will be innovative to keep our total rewards competitive and drive recruitment, productivity, and retention.
Schedule Details :
- Full-time 80 hours every two weeks
- Primarily Monday Friday, hours typically between 8am 5pm Occasional early and late hours dependent on department / organizational need
- Hybrid position, working both remotely and on-site
Pay and Benefits (Total Rewards) :
- Exempt role, pay based on experience
- Full-time benefit eligible
- Retirement with matching, up to 7.5%
Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Finance / Economics required Master’s Degree preferred
- At least 8 years of progressive experience in human resources, with substantial experience in the areas of benefits, compensation, or payroll
- Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) preferred
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) preferred
- Certified Employee Benefits Specialist (CEBS) preferred
