JLL has an exciting opportunity for a Maintenance Technician / Move Coordinator. In this role, you will assist the MAC team, including validating seats and equipment, assisting the engineering and facility management team, escorting contractors in secured areas of the building, and providing general overall facility management services.

Here is some of what you will do :

• Provide exceptional service to all clients when performing responsibilities.
• Complete all work orders on time.
• Utilize a computerized work order system (Planon) to track and monitor all work and customer feedback.
• Complete all safety requirements and comply with all safety procedures.
• Assist with the coordination and execution of preventive maintenance activities.
• Provide general overall facility management services.
• Act as an interface with the client, visitors, and guests and ensure appropriate follow-up with customers.
• Work closely with contractors. Assist in providing access to machinery rooms, electric closets, and other restricted areas.
• Hanging of artwork, coat hooks, and whiteboards as requested.
• Setups and breakdowns of various cafeteria and conference room tables and chairs, for meetings, parties, and other functions, as requested by the different departments.
• Executes moves and furniture requests using the client’s MAC tools and systems.
• Provides MAC project assistance, including but not limited to box moves, delivery of moving supplies, and troubleshooting of all lost or misplaced items.
• Executes moves and furniture requests using the client’s MAC tools and systems.
• Follows up with all post-move issues to ensure completion and closure of MAC requests.

Here is who we are looking for :

• High school diploma or GED
• 2+ years’ experience with facilities or property administration
• Proficient in MS Office, and possess strong written, verbal, and people skills
• Knowledge of hand tools

Physical environment :

• Frequent walking, climbing, bending, kneeling, lifting, stooping, and working / extending overhead
• Ability to lift, push, and pull 50lbs repeatedly
• Using ladders and lifts and working from heights

Schedule : Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m.

Pay $23 - 28 Hourly

Estimated total compensation ran for this position is :

47,840.00 58,240.00 USD per year

The pay range listed is a total compensation range including bonus, if applicable. The provided range is an estimate and not guaranteed.
