Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Human Resources Business Partner in Milwaukee WI. The HR Business Partner will be responsible for HR policies, employee relations, labor and employment law, and performance management on a day-to-day basis.

Qualifications

  • HR Policies and Human Resources (HR) skills
  • Experience in managing employee relations
  • Knowledge of labor and employment law
  • Performance Management expertise
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Experience in manufacturing or industrial settings is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
  • Bilingual English / Spanish
