PRIMARY PURPOSEAs a Pharmacy Technician, you wear a couple different hats throughout the course of the day, each one playing a significant role in the success of the department.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESWhat does it mean to be a Pharmacy Technician?

• You can personalize the customer experience by using your skills and product knowledge to problem solve and offer solutions that meet or exceed customers' expectations.
• You will be working alongside pharmacists, who allow you to assist with filling and processing prescriptions, while learning from and leaning on their expert knowledge and experience
• Support the pharmacy by performing clerical functions such as filling, organizing, etc.
• Oh, and of course, it's retail - things are constantly changing. Part of what makes us so great is our ability to quickly change to meet our customers' needs.

• Strong communication, customer service, and time-management skills

• You will be standing and using a computer, keyboard etc. for extended periods of the time
• Frequent bending at the knees and waist
• Use hands frequently, often involving fine motor skills; frequent / continuous reaching, lifting and carrying up to 20lbs at waist or shoulder level
