Job Responsibilities : As a Customer Service Consultant / Advisor, you are the direct contact with the customer & act as the liaison with the technicians.
- Provide outstanding customer service in person and over the phone to Service Customers, building rapport and brand loyalty
- Write up repair orders by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered by Technician, as well as repairs and services required - obtain authorization from customer and signatures where required
- Verify warranty and service contract coverage
- Review Vehicle Inspections provided by Technicians
- Create estimates and share with customers
- Recommend and sell additional services for our valued customers’ vehicles for optimal performance
- Maintain high customer satisfaction scores
Basic Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid Connecticut driver’s license with a clean record
- Background check and drug screen required prior to hire
- 1-2 years’ experience in a customer service orientated environment required.
