Job Responsibilities :
- Provides high-level administrative support and assistance to the Executive Director and to the Board of Directors, including meeting materials preparation and administrative follow-up for quarterly meetings.
- Provide sophisticated calendar management; prioritize inquiries and requests, troubleshoot conflicts with little guidance, make judgments and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.
- Conduct research and analysis on issues of interest to the Executive Director.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, reports, and memos.
Requirements :
- Experience in 3+ Years of EA Experience Supporting Executive Leadership
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams
- Soft Skills Strong Communicator, Self-Starter, Driven, Proactive, Organized, Detail-Oriented
- Education Bachelors Degree Required
