Customer Care Representative answer calls regarding health and life insurance coverage and assisting in the enrollment process and servicing policies.
- Answer inbound calls from policy holders
- Handle multiple software systems and complex computer systems
- Provide policy holders with information about their policies and benefits
- Assist with claims on an as needed basis
- Act as advocates for policy holders through claims and billing issues
- Follow up with policy holders on pending issues and follow the case through the end
