This role requires experience working with engineering teams in a product organization and will serve as the product leadership within our team.

You will be responsible for gathering and prioritizing product requirements from stakeholders, including our CEO, ensuring clear communication, navigating and presenting mock-ups and maintaining detailed documentation.

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proven experience working with outsourced teams.

This is a hybrid role that requires coming into the Alpharetta, Georgia office frequently. Responsibilities Gathering Requirements : Work with stakeholders, including the CEO, to gather and document product requirements.

Ensure all voices are heard and input is considered in the product development process. Documentation and Communication : Maintain organized and detailed documentation of all product requirements, decisions, and changes.

Be the main point of contact for the third-party dev shop, ensuring they have all necessary information and documentation.

Take detailed notes during meetings and ensure action items are clearly communicated and tracked. Work closely with UI / UX resources to ensure wireframes, mockups and prototypes are built to spec.

Project Management : Create and manage project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on time. Coordinate with the engineering team and other departments to ensure alignment, progress and features are built to spec.

Identify potential roadblocks and work proactively to address them. Helping plan and refine tickets with the engineering team and reviewing mock-ups to ensure alignment with product goals.

Help guide and build company product roadmap and stay on top of project statuses at all times. Stakeholder Management : Facilitate communication between the engineering team, stakeholders, and third-party dev shop.

Regularly update stakeholders on project status, challenges, and changes. Quality Assurance : Work closely with the Engineering team to QA new features and fixes to ensure the final product meets all requirements, expectations and quality standards.

Oversee user testing and gather feedback for continuous improvement. Skills and Qualifications Experience : Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in a senior role.

Experience working with mobile app projects, especially those using React Native. Experience working with overseas development teams is a plus.

Organizational Skills : Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail to ensure thorough documentation and clear communication.

Communication Skills : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Design & Diagrams : Experience navigating Figma and presenting wireframes, mocks. Ability to create wireframes in Figma is a plus.

Experience diagramming workflows and user journeys in tools like Miro & FigJam. Problem-Solving : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to think critically and make informed decisions under pressure. Technical Understanding : Advanced understanding of software development processes and mobile app development.

Ability to understand technical documentation and communicate requirements clearly to the engineering team. Ability to draft tickets for engineering refinement.

Ideal Candidate Someone who can take over the organizational and communication tasks currently on the VP of Product & Engineering plate.

A person who can keep everything on track, ensuring that the third-party dev shop gets all the information they need promptly.

An individual who is proactive in identifying and addressing potential issues before they become major problems.
