Social Media Manager (Dating & Coaching Brand - 650k YouTube Subs)

We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to join our fast-growing coaching company. If you eat, sleep, and breathe social media — and get excited about organic growth strategies — this might be the perfect role for you.

Our company is a dating education and coaching brand helping women (typically 40+) find lasting love. We’re on a mission to make a powerful impact in the world, and our social channels are the heartbeat of our brand.

Overview

We’ve already built large audiences across major platforms and are seeking a social media leader who can own growth, engagement, and innovation across these platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow our YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok channels.
  • Edit and publish short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts).
  • Edit podcast episodes in Riverside and repurpose them into clips / shorts.
  • Design YouTube thumbnails that capture attention.
  • Track trending topics and pitch fresh content ideas.
  • Review and engage with comments and community messages.
  • Provide feedback on top-performing content to shape future strategy.
  • Use AI tools to repurpose podcast content into blog posts, and manage blog publishing.
  • Report on channel performance and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience managing and growing social media channels.
  • Familiarity with Riverside for podcast editing.
  • Strong design eye for thumbnails and visual content.
  • Excellent understanding of social media trends and algorithms.
  • Clear communicator with strong attention to detail.
  • Strategic thinker who understands how organic fits into the bigger marketing picture.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving, high-growth environment.

    • Role Details

  • Hours : 10–20 per week
  • Rate : $30–$50 per hour (depending on experience)
  • Location : Remote
