Responsibilities will include :
- Utilizing corporate resources including LinkedIN Recruiter, , ZipRecruiter, Glassdoor, etc to help identify prospective candidates
- Posting job advertisements via numerous channels and reviewing the applicants
- Scheduling interviews for our Recruitment Consultants
- Performing initial screening calls
- Helping manage The Reisner Groups corporate database
- Researching and updating target lists for a variety of searches
- Analyzing and staying on top of industry trends
Qualifications :
- Customer friendly personality
- Analytical Someone who enjoys conducting research
- Ability to make outbound calls to schedule interviews
- Strong organizational skills are a must
- Keen eye for details
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High sense of urgency
- Experience working in a start up and / or fast-paced environment
