ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS :
Create and execute digital marketing strategiesPerform keyword, competitor, industry, and content development researchOptimize paid ad campaigns and manage ad spendPlanning, development and execution of digital programs and campaigns, including website strategy, budget, design, and social media.
Track KPIs through digital analytics and reporting to ensure strategies are achieving client objectives and producing ROIManage the call tracking platformExecute continual research and learning to stay aware of trends within the industryPrioritize tasks and manage time appropriately to meet short and long-term deadlinesProficient with graphic design with the ability to create visual conceptsManage the digital marketing calendarMaintain online presence and reputation of the companyWorking closely with marketing to establish and maintain brand awareness and consistencyQUALIFICATIONS :
3-5 years of digital marketing experienceBachelor's degree in digital marketing, digital design, media communications, web design development, or related field.
Solid understanding of web metrics and digital analytics, with the ability to generate, analyze and interpret data.Deep understanding of digital marketing and digital production.
Clear understanding of SEO, content writing, and online advertising strategy and execution.Familiar with Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and InDesign.
Experience managing social media campaigns and knowledge of social media marketing preferred.Project Management Experience preferredCreative thinker with the ability to manage and problem solve in a fast-paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and well organizedAbility to multitask and meet deadlines.
