HR Coordinator (Healthcare)

Role : Human Resource Coordinator (Healthcare)

Location : New York New York 10003

Duration : Permanent

Salary : 75K - 80K

Requirements & Responsibilities

• 3-5+ years HR experience calming and conscientious person
• Manage and update hard and digital copies of records, data entry, paper files, follow checklists, onboarding / offboarding, fingerprinting, background checks, drug tests, reference checks.

When the staff has issues, they are handled by the Director

• Ideally Healthcare HR background
• Oversee timesheets, vacation time requests
• Working in Paychex (not required)
• Assist with special programs and projects

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure.

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
