The Plant Manager Responsibilities :
- Oversite on all aspects of plant operations ensuring efficiency and quality targets are met consistently.

- Enable a scalable profitable plant capable of meeting demand on time and on budget.
The Plant Manager Qualifications :
- 3-5 years experience in Plastics Manufacturing.
- 6-7 years experience in manufacturing management.
- Knowledge of current Safety, Health and Environmental regulations and standards.
- Proven skills in improving employee engagement for improved plant performance.
- Thorough knowledge of manufacturing operations; prior experience in extrusion and / or molding operations strongly preferred.
