Responsibilities :
- Reach out to leads and inquiries promptly to support the expansion of our customer base in Westwood, CA, US.
- Perform thorough market analysis to ensure accurately priced property listings.
- Engage in prospecting and lead generation efforts to foster new business opportunities.
- Provide assistance to clients during the final stages of the home-buying process, ensuring a smooth closing experience when necessary.
- Assist sellers in pricing, staging, and marketing their properties effectively to attract potential buyers swiftly.
- Effectively convert pre-qualified leads received from sales agents into scheduled listing appointments to drive business growth.
- Adhere to the team's strategic plan for cohesive operation.
