Your Mission :

- Act as the key negotiator and liaison between buyers and sellers, facilitating smooth and successful transactions.
- Host open houses that not only showcase properties but also build connections and foster client loyalty.
Your Toolkit :
- A valid Real Estate License
- Proven experience with a strong track record of successful transactions
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively connect with clients and colleagues
- A valid driver's license for client meetings and property showings
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred

Responsibilities :
- Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline.
- Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market.
- Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction.
- Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget.
- Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close.
Qualifications :
- Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired.
- Experience with the local real estate market and general trends.
- Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car.
- Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills.
- Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success.
Compensation :
$122,000 at plan earnings
