Your Mission :

  • Leverage your experience to transform prospects into satisfied homeowners by expertly guiding them through every step of the buying process.
  • Prepare and manage essential documents, including contracts and deeds, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for your clients.
  • Utilize your market knowledge to identify and recommend properties that align with both the budget and dreams of your clients.
  • Act as the key negotiator and liaison between buyers and sellers, facilitating smooth and successful transactions.
  • Host open houses that not only showcase properties but also build connections and foster client loyalty.

Your Toolkit :

  • A valid Real Estate License
  • Proven experience with a strong track record of successful transactions
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively connect with clients and colleagues
  • A valid driver's license for client meetings and property showings
  • A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred

Compensation :

$122,000 at plan earnings

Responsibilities :

  • Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget
  • Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
  • Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market
  • Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
  • Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads

Qualifications :

  • Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry
  • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
  • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
  • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
