Your Mission :
- Leverage your experience to transform prospects into satisfied homeowners by expertly guiding them through every step of the buying process.
- Prepare and manage essential documents, including contracts and deeds, ensuring a seamless and stress-free experience for your clients.
- Utilize your market knowledge to identify and recommend properties that align with both the budget and dreams of your clients.
- Act as the key negotiator and liaison between buyers and sellers, facilitating smooth and successful transactions.
- Host open houses that not only showcase properties but also build connections and foster client loyalty.
Your Toolkit :
- A valid Real Estate License
- Proven experience with a strong track record of successful transactions
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills to effectively connect with clients and colleagues
- A valid driver's license for client meetings and property showings
- A high school diploma is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred

Compensation :
$122,000 at plan earnings
Responsibilities :
- Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget
- Prepare representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for clients to facilitate a smooth transaction
- Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market
- Act as the intermediary between the buyer and the seller to ensure a successful close
- Contact prospects after the initial meeting via phone, email, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and cultivate qualified leads
Qualifications :
- Sufficient knowledge of the local real estate market conditions and recent trends in the industry
- Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills
- Must demonstrate a consistent record of real estate success
- Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car
- Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired
