What you'll do...
You'll make an impact by
- Responsible for Walmart Ad spending settlements for 20k+ 3P Marketplace sellers across all product channels and reporting
- Working to reduce $4M unpaid pending dues for Marketplace business
- Providing supports for any new initiatives on Marketplace and collections
- Providing supports on Walmart Connect $450+M portfolio collections and working to meet the collection goals
- Monthly reviewing of the residual docs to either apply payments to open invoices or to refund the overpayments to clients or to write off residual docs
- Providing supports to develop agency partnership for clear process improvement and drive operational initiatives to drive revenue and growth
- Responding to advertisers, agencies and internal inquiries regarding contacts, invoices, billing amounts and other general questions with an emphasis in effective communications and building strong working relationships
- Acting as liaison between Walmart Connect and Walmart Shared Service EBS team and offshore IDC and Mexico supports
You'll sweep us off our feet if you have
- Bachelor’s degree - in Accounting / Finance (preferred)
- 4+ years demonstrated experience with the entire booked-to-billed of a typical advertising campaign
- Ability to deal with ambiguity to carry out a process under minimal guidance. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work cross functionally to clearly communicate business requirements and follow through to completion Solid understanding of accounting software and ERP system experience.
Advanced Excel Knowledge including Macros, Pivot Tables, and Formulas (arrays, lookups, logical, reference, and text functions)
- Proven experience in high volume complex billing
- Advertising experience is a plus

Hoboken, New Jersey US-10279 : The annual salary range for this position is $96,000.00-$186,000.00
San Bruno, California US-08848 : The annual salary range for this position is $104,000.00-$202,000.00
Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
