Job Summary :

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, assisting them with inquiries related to our internet services.

Your ability to provide exceptional customer service and troubleshooting issues will play a vital role in enhancing the customer experience and maintaining our reputation for outstanding support.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities :

  • Handles inbound and outbound customer calls regarding Company products.
  • Provides accurate information and guidance on internet services, plans, and promotions.
  • Troubleshoots and resolves customer issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Documents customer interactions and maintains detailed records in our CRM system.
  • Escalates complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
  • Collaborates with team members to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Stays updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedures to assist customers effectively.
  • Strives to achieve individual and team performance goals.

Job Qualifications :

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of related experience preferred.

Physical Demands :

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms;

The employee must occasionally lift and / or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision depth perception, and ability to focus.
