This position is crucial to the success of our retail stores. As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you will work closely with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer their questions about products, and provide the right solutions.
Your responsibilities will also include promptly resolving customer concerns, maintaining high product and store standards, and achieving excellent customer service while meeting sales goals.
The individual selected for this role will be expected to work at Store #703463, located at : 1406 Massachusetts Avenue, Arlington, MA 02476.
Job duties involve interactions with customers, cash handling, and access to store merchandise. The Company will conduct a criminal history review as part of the hiring process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide exceptional customer service to achieve sales goals
- Assist customers in person and over the phone by identifying their needs and presenting appropriate products
- Build trust-based relationships with wholesale and retail customers
- Process sales transactions accurately and in accordance with policies
- Maintain work order files and formulas
- Stock shelves, set up displays, and clean store equipment
- Assist with deliveries and maintain assigned areas
- Remain knowledgeable about products and discuss available options
- Comply with inventory control procedures
- Provide input to improve sales
Minimum Requirements :
- Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
- Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship
- Must be able to retrieve and lift up to 50 lbs. frequently and 70 lbs. occasionally
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
Preferred Qualifications :
- Valid, unrestricted Driver's License
- High School diploma or GED
- At least one (1) year of delivery, retail, or customer service experience
- Prior experience selling and operating tinting / mixing equipment for paint products
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages, including Spanish
