Role Overview

Reporting directly to the Vice President, Strategic Accounts, as the Divisional Vice President, Strategic Accounts, you will take ownership of a large Managed Service Provider program with a well-known Health System.

You will also be responsible for leading a team of Program Directors who are responsible for delivering relationship management and program oversight in order to design and execute program strategies.

Your key responsibilities will include exceeding production targets, implementing client-related strategic initiatives including cross-selling AMN service lines, and building strategic relationships throughout the MSP client organization.

In addition, you will implement initiatives to streamline and standardize MSP Program Office Operations to ensure a better Client, Candidate and Associate Vendor experience.

Role Specifics

Develop and execute Program Strategies to maintain and expand MSP client relationships through direct contact to increase utilization of AMN current MSP services and, in partnership with Workforce Solutions Sales Team, expand range of AMN Workforce Solutions in each program.

Ensure team partners with enterprise-wide Recruitment and MSP Delivery and Fulfillment teams to meet MSP client needs, resolve escalation points, ensure efficient file flow, and drive order prioritization in order to meet or exceed MSP market share objectives.

Cultivate and manage relationships with current Supplier network to address escalation points from Program Managers to ensure efficiency and compliance between all parties.

Prepare and deliver client business reviews, creating an opportunity for strategic partnership alignment and client integration.

Review and interpret MSP contractual terms to keep internal partners and clients are educated and informed of contractual obligations and manage changes in scope of Statements of Work.

Assist with demand projections, consult with and educate clients on market supply challenges and review and share best practices across MSP clients.

Supervise day-to-day operations of Program Management team through coaching and communication to support peak performance, team member engagement, and retention.

Facilitate weekly team meetings and 1 : 1 meetings with Program Managers to conduct training, monitor progress to goals, coach, strengthen communication, and collaborate on process improvement in order to reach team production objectives.

Compile and submit reports to clients and Senior AMN Leadership in order to communicate activity, key metrics, and strategy development.

Qualifications

Education & Years of Experience

Bachelor's Degree with 10+ years of work experience OR High School Diploma / GED with 14+ years of work experienc

5+ years of leadership experience in leading a high performing team focused on program growth and expansion.

3+ years sales and / or program management.

Strong financial, analytical and conceptual skills.

A polished executive presence and managerial courage with experience of presenting to C-Suite executives.

Organizational agility and the ability to navigate corporate politics.

The ability to meet goals by enhancing your team’s culture and engagement, building executive relationships and identifying opportunities to cross-sell.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple conflicting priorities.

A high level of initiative and independence.

A competitive nature and drive to win and continue to grow

Additional Experience

Experience with leading large healthcare enterprise workforce solutions development, implementation, client program operations, and / or workforce technologies

Knowledge and experience in information architecture, user experience design, systems integration, and project management

General knowledge of workforce technology integrations, Data mapping, and modeling to build client-facing results, Workforce management standard processes, Multi-site architecture, and management

Work Environment / Physical Requirements

Work is performed in an office / home office environment.

Pay Rate

$132,000 - $165,000 Salary

Final pay rate is dependent on experience, training, education, and location.

This position may include additional compensation such as bonus or commission.Please ask your recruiter for more information.
