- Manage a team of 10 designers · Provide technical support and knowledge · Select engineering tools · Drive improvements in design processes · Mentor and encourage new engineers · Ensuring engineering team adheres to the required policies and processes · Foster a culture of enjoying engineering design.
- Review FPGA designs · Provide engineering feedback to design architectures. · Encourage teamwork · Measure and report progress toward on-time delivery goals · Ensure the design project meets internal and customer requirements by ensuring adherence to the required policies and procedures Skills, and attributes you'll need for this role.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent · 10 or more years of design and development in FPGA design and test.
- Demonstrate detail knowledge of VHDL coding and how to optimize for performance · History of managing / leading people.
- This position requires access to United States export-controlled information.
