Job Title : Angioplasty Specialist Job Specialty : Interventional Cardiology Job Duration : 14-week assignment Shift : 8 : 00 AM - 6 : 30 PM Guaranteed Hours : None Experience : Minimum 3 years of applicable experience, with at least 1 year of scrubbing in a Cardiac Cath Lab preferred License : Not specified Certifications : Not specified Must-Have : Associates degree or equivalent, knowledge of Interventional Cardiology, Hemodynamic Monitoring, and CV Anatomy & Physiology Job Description : - Assist the Cardiac Cath Lab physician in various procedures and emergency situations such as cardiac arrest, respiratory distress, hemorrhage, shock, anaphylactic reactions, active bleeding, and hematomas.
- Review diagnostic and interventional angiograms post-procedure.- Provide critical assistance during invasive cardiac procedures.
- Exhibit proficiency in handling emergent and non-emergent scenarios within the Cath Lab environment.- Maintain a high level of patient care and safety standards.
- Collaborate effectively with healthcare teams to ensure efficient clinical operations.
