Senior Claim Advocate Aon is looking for a Senior Claim Advocate in Reinsurance!

Location : Bloomington, MN

Workstyle : Hybrid

In this role, you will work closely with the reinsurance broking team to provide extraordinary client services experience in the reinsurance industry.

What the day will look like

• Assist our clients with all aspects of timely reporting of property and casualty reinsurance claims to their reinsurer trading partners, including individually reported claims,plex claims and / or property catastrophe claims
• Manage client reinsurance assets to assure prompt recovery of amounts ceded to reinsurers
• Assist clients with year-end collateral funding needs in accordance with regulatory requirements
• Provide mentorship for more junior colleagues and assist with training and onboarding of new team members

Skills and experience that will lead to success :

• 3+ years of direct industry experience in the property and casualty insurance or reinsurance space
• Working knowledge of Microsoft and / or Google office tools
• Strong interpersonal and written / verbal businessmunication skills and the ability to work with internal and external customers
• BA / BS degree or equivalent years of relevant insurance or reinsurance experience

Pay Transparency Laws :

The salary range for this position is $67, to $85, annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant's education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.

The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant's geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon's annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.

The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
