Responsibilities
- Provide legal support to IT and Technology groups in North America, which include reviewing and participating in the negotiation of contracts
- Draft and review data processing agreements and help to draft guidance on other privacy issues
- Conduct legal research and monitor requirements, trends and developments related to data (including telematics and personal data)
- Assist in the data privacy program administration, including data inventory and mapping
- Provide support in general compliance work
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must be pursuing a law degree, actively in law school
This position will pay between $18-$35 / hour.
