PRODUCT MANAGER
Ideal Candidate Will Have :
- Expertise in Building Technology Product Roadmaps , Feature Definitions and crafting Value Propositions
- Recent hands-on experience in a Product Mgmt. role at a Market Research or SaaS firm
- Experience working with Generative AI
RESPONSIBILITIES :
Responsible for helping to develop the feature release process, organize requested features, and manage communication and updates to internal and external stakeholders.
Take in raw feature requirement s, analyze them, categorize them and translate them into a product roadmap
Maintain the backlog of bugs, features, and enhancements.
Interact with internal stakeholders and clients in order to define user stories and acceptance tests.
Balance the value of new features with the cost of development and contribute to prioritization within the product roadmap.
Develop and manage the communication process regarding the status of requested features.
Maintain awareness of the industry landscape and competitive offerings.
Travel to meet with clients as needed (up to 15%)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE :
Experience with survey research, value proposition design, and agile project management (required)
5+ years working in market research or for a Software-as-Service company.
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Proven ability to extract the value proposition from a client or stakeholder requesting a new feature.
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple time-sensitive, cross-functional projects simultaneously.
Curious, empathetic, humorous, confident, collaborative, and proactive.
Bachelor's degree in research, business, or a technical field.
Preferred Experience includes
Master’s degree in a relevant field.
Certifications in Project Management, Product Management, or Marketing Research.
Proven programming or technical skills.
Experience working with online survey research platforms and survey panels.
Experience working with technology integrations, business requirements documents, and managing projects across business and technical teams.
Experience with product roadmap management software
