Working alongside The Roof Garden Management Team at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Host for The Roof Garden who possesses a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality.

Key Accountabilities
- Strong communication skills with a friendly demeanor and great connection with people
- The Host / Hostess is responsible for providing superior guest service that is consistent with Peninsula standards.
- Greeting and seating guests and assisting guests with reservations via phone and in person.
- Confirming and modifying reservations and assisting guests with special requests.
- Control the flow of outlets to maximize seating without sacrificing guest experience.
General Requirements
- Exhibit phone etiquette, organizational skills, basic computer knowledge (incl. reservations management system) and food / wine service knowledge.
- Requires the ability to multitask, work efficiently and within a team environment.
- Must be available to work all shifts; to include day, swing, weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
- Responsible Beverage certification and ServSafe certification or equivalent
