Title : Inspector-Assembler
Reports To : Manufacturing Supervisor
Location : Winchester, VA
As an Inspector-Assembler (Manufacturing Operator) in the Commercial Group, located in Winchester, VA you will report to a manufacturing supervisor.
This position will work as part of a team having responsibility for reviewing operator instruction sheets to assemble and / or package an entire product or a component of a product to manufacturing specifications and quality standards.
Job Responsibilities
Assemble and / or package manufactured goods.
Conduct regular inspections of manufactured goods to ensure product meets quality standards.
Use computer to report defective pieces, problems with process, product or manufacturing machinery.
Maintain a safe and accident-free environment by adhering to safety standards and identifying safety issues.
Keep work area clean.
Minimum Qualifications
High School diploma or GED preferred; experience will be considered in lieu of education.
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
Must be able to lift 40lbs.
Preferred Qualifications
Must be a team player and able to communicate effectively with co-workers and leadership.
Forklift experience required.
