What You’ve Accomplished

You have completed a Bachelors Degree, or experience in lieu of degree. You may have also obtained an advanced degree in similar fields.

Who You Are

You may have also acquired the following skills :

• Industrial photogrammetry, laser trackers, total stations, portable CMM’s and laser scanners with a strong background with Spatial Analyzer, Geo-Magic and / or other 3D analysis software.
• Experience with MicroStation or other CAD packages, modeling software, machinist or pipe fitting experience are a plus.
• Experience with component replacement.
• Experience with pipe fabrication.
• Experience with machining and tool setup.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to comprehend and convey detailed technical data.
• Ability to develop and maintain good interpersonal relationships.
• Excellent problem identification and problem resolution skills.

As a Metrology Services Technician in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Installed Base Business Unit.

Your work will include :

• Support field and office activities
• Plan and execute field assignments working in a team environment as the working project task lead to oversee and ensure project execution while providing solutions to customer project concerns, creating measurement plans and generating reports
• This work requires travel to customer’s sites within the continental US with potential for travel abroad.

Your Total Rewards Package

The range of base salary for the position is between $27.00- $34.62, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits.

Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
