As we continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyman Electrician to join our team.

Here's a breakdown of our process :

1. Initial Phone Screening : We start with a casual conversation to discuss the basic details of the position and to introduce you to our company culture.

During this call, we'll also explain our interview process and answer any questions you may have.

2. In-Person Interview with HR Manager : You'll have the opportunity to meet with our HR Manager to further discuss the position, your qualifications, and how you align with our company values.

3. Background Check and Drug Test : To ensure the safety and security of our team and clients, we conduct a thorough background check and drug test as part of our hiring process.

4. Working Interview :

Position Overview : The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems in residential and commercial settings.

The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in electrical work, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering superior craftsmanship.

This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse projects and contribute to the success of our team.

Responsibilities :

• Install and maintain electrical systems, wiring, and fixtures in accordance with local building codes and regulations
• Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine electrical requirements
• Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform repairs as needed
• Perform preventive maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and safety
• Collaborate with project managers, contractors, and other tradespeople to coordinate electrical work on construction projects
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and best practices to prevent accidents and injuries
• Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and time spent on projects
• Mentor and train apprentice electricians as needed

Qualifications :

• Valid journeyman or masters electrician license or equivalent certification if applicable
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a journeyman electrician
• Thorough understanding of electrical systems and components
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
