Nursing – Registered Professional Nurse, ASU

Duties :

Provide ongoing nursing assessment, intervention and evaluation for Ambulatory Surgery patients pre and post operatively.

Maintains standards for professional nursing practice.

Qualifications :

Licensed and currently registered to practice Professional Nursing in New York State. BSN Required. Previous Critical Care experience in an acute care hospital is required.

Critical Care course required. BLS, ACLS and PALS certifications required. (PALS required within 6 months of hire.) Physical capability of safely executing the duties and responsibilities required of the position (e.

g., lifting, transferring).
