Job Description
The Bindery Machine Operator position is in the finishing department, responsible for operating a die cutter, laminator, coil binder, or sorter machine.
These machines finalize paper products such as business cards, books, and calendars after printing. The process includes reviewing work orders on the computer, scanning into the system, loading the machine, and stacking finished products.
Operators perform quality checks on printed and packaged products, load and unload paper into the machine, and make adjustments for different sizes.
