- Proven track record in delivering large-scale tech programs and digital transformations.
- Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- A technical background in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
Qualifications :
- 10+ years of program management expertise, with a proven track record in delivering large-scale technology programs, cloud computing, and digital transformation.
- Extensive experience in Web / UI transformation, ideally within the travel & hospitality sector.
- Mastery of Agile methodologies and Scrum, with a demonstrated ability to lead multi-phase projects.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into actionable plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field; Master’s degree is highly desirable.
- PMP certification or equivalent preferred.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, Trello, or GitHub Projects.
