Assess Parties to the Transaction Identify Anamolous Risks such as Changing Technology & Market Forces, Political, Environmental, Tax & Regulatory, etc.

Negotiate Escrow, Indemnity, Limit, Retention, Pricing, Claims Period, etc. Establish Deductibles Specify Definitions and Subrogation Draft Proposals & Policy Terms Bind Policies Seeking Seeking Mergers & Acquisitions Manager, Attorney, Accountant or R&W Ins Underwriter experience.
