Job Description
RD Nutrition Consultants LLC is seeking a Registered Dietitian for 24 hrs / week in the area for a short term 10 week assignment!

We are currently looking for a passionate Registered Dietitian to be a part of our growing team for a hybrid position in the area.

Position Highlights :
Work Schedule : 24 hours per week. 30% of hours are completed remotely via telehealth.
Assignment Length : 10 weeks.
Compensation : $40.00-$45.00 per hour, based on experience.
Travel Compensation : Paid at your hourly rate for travel time to and from the facility.
Qualifications & Experience :
- Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience (preferred).
- Proficiency in providing general nutrition interventions.
- Experience with tube feedings.
- Familiarity with electronic charting systems.
- Knowledgeable about state survey process and compliance to nutrition care regulations.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities :
- Undertake comprehensive nutritional assessments for patients and residents.
- Administer medical nutrition therapy, including for wound healing and weight management.
- Offer nutritional counseling and education to both residents and their families.
- Ensure adherence to DOH / state / federal regulations and company standards.
- Execute tasks independently without the need for routine supervision.

Requirements
Bachelors degree with major studies in food and nutrition. Current state licensure / certification, if required by state.
Current registration by the Commission on Dietetics Registration. One (1) year of work experience in a facility setting with clinical responsibilities or equivalent.
