The Administrative Clerk has a role that supports the needs of our Claims team. This role focuses on data entry, pulling reports and other clerical work associated with our active and litigated claims.
This role reports to the claims Manager. (Litigated Sup once announced)
This is a part time position, Monday through Friday, 10 : 00am to 3 : 00pm - 25 hours per week.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Administrative / clerical work for claims team including :
- Logging and entering information into company database
- Creating and updating spreadsheets and logs as necessary
- Organizing and uploading incoming mail in company database
- Other administrative tasks as assigned by team manager
- Balance Request
- Reconsiderations printing and mailing these for the CRS
- PA Fee Reviews Tracking these and having the CRS task the admin to file the fee review
- MTI- this is Minnesota documents that take time and effort to review, note and scan into doc management
- Faxing of LOMN / Medical records request to MDO
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-2 years of administrative or clerical work preferred
- Availability to work a part time schedule from 10 : 00 am and 3 : 00 pm, Monday through Friday
- Excellent reading and writing skills, with strong attention to detail
- Team player; ability to work independently while supporting multiple company functions
- Exceptional time management skills
- Bilingual a plus
