MAGNIFY is excited to share a NEW opportunity available for a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our Houston ,TX client's executive team.
The ideal candidate will provide administrative assistance, manage schedules, and handle confidential information with professionalism.
MUST be ADVANCED in Microsoft Suite including PowerPoint.
Duties :
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare detailed itineraries
- Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports as needed
- Assist in preparing presentations and documents using Microsoft Office and specifically PowerPoint
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and transcribing meeting minutes
- Assist in office management duties to ensure smooth operations
- Proofread documents for accuracy and completeness
- Utilize software such as QuickBooks and DocuSign for financial and administrative tasks
Qualifications :
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, QuickBooks, and DocuSign
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills are essential
- Previous experience in data entry, clerical work, or office management is a plus
