Job Description
The Wholesale Systems Analyst is responsible for supporting the Director of Sales Operations in the daily functions regarding all ERP systems processing, BI and micro strategy reporting, and ancillary selling tool validation.
This position will work closely with the sales operations team supporting their needs in Microsoft Dynamics and troubleshooting integrations between Dynamics, EDI Partners, and the WMS.
Monitoring daily EDI transmissions and troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
Qualifications
What you'll get to do :
- Assist in report request dashboards and KPI’s to help manage sales order processing and provide a more detailed view of our business trends.
- Manage the EDI queue, troubleshoot any inbound and outbound failures and escalate needs with technical support.
- Validate available ATS position in Elastic and supporting ATS report
- Manage entire EDI onboarding process with the EDI providers, thru set up and testing.
- Within EDI process manage 832 upload to SPS commerce, troubleshoot any issues regarding product catalog.
- Upload seasonal style data to NuOrder B2B selling tool
- Provides timely end user support, responds to queries, resolve and / or escalate issues related to D365, EDI, reporting for the wholesale team.
- Periodically reviews EDI system to ensure client needs are met; identifies modifications as required.
- Write detailed universally understood procedures for D365 training and communication purposes.
Who you are :
- Bachelor’s degree and / or equivalent work experience preferred
- 3+ years directly related work experience
- Able to work effectively in a fast-past environment with cross functional teams.
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Recognize and recommend process improvement
- Ability to problem solve independently
- Basic understanding of and working knowledge of EDI formats and functions
- Data driven and proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis in excel
- Full Circle, Microsoft Dynamics, or Comparable ERP experience preferred

The salary range for this role is $67,000 per year - $73,000 per year.
