Job Summary
We are seeking s an experienced Executive Chef with a background in fine dining , high-volume, fast-paced, and elegant food & beverage environments.

Executive Chef Key Responsibilities and Required Qualifications :
- Culinary degree preferred, but not required.
- Minimum of 4+ years of progressive experience as an Executive Chef.
- Operational Management : Oversee daily restaurant operations with a focus on flawless execution, maximizing profitability, and enhancing guest satisfaction.
- Team Development : Foster a learning and teaching environment, encouraging team growth and development.
- Financial Oversight : Manage P&L, food cost, and inventory to drive efficiency and profitability.
- Leadership : Build strong relationships with management, team members, and vendors. Inspire and motivate the team to achieve goals and ensure consistency in food execution.
- Background in either restaurant or hotel settings will be considered.
