Description
Temporary position providing IT technical support at a manufacturing site. This position will report to the Client Services Manager.
The technician will support on IT-related issues (PC hardware, mobile devices, software, and peripheral devices) and will document changes, resolutions, and escalations in servicing the end user.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide support for employee’s IT related issues in a courteous and responsive manner.
- Provides support, test & evaluation of hardware and software, imaging and system updates, network and fiber cable installation.
- Provides basic PC and software hands-on training for users.
- Builds new PCs and laptops for deployment to users.
- Responds to and diagnoses problems through independent and collaborative troubleshooting.
- Practice asset management for IT hardware, software, and equipment
- Identifies, researches, and resolves technical problems.
- Keep current with the latest technologies.
- Complies with all IT policies and procedures, including those for architecture, security, disaster recovery, standards, purchasing, and service provision.
- Recommends systems modifications to reduce user problems.
- Administer add, move, and change requests from end users as well as new line installations as required.
- Monitor, assign, update user requests in . service management application.
Education & Experience
- High School Graduate with 2 years related work experience.
- Associate Degree or Technical program a plus

Flexibility to support a 24 / 7 hours operation
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift up to 30 pounds
Standing up to 8 hours
Flexibility to work in and out of a cleanroom environment
Walking throughout the day to meet end-users needs

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS :
Pay Range* : $24-27 / hr w2.
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
