Summary

Responds to caller's requests' for access, referral or information about MUSC health care services by serving as call to response for Business Development & Marketing Services marketing activities.

Daily activities involve handling telephone calls from physicians, patients and consumers.

Job Description

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements : A high school diploma and two years call center, healthcare, or customer service work experience required;

a bachelor's degree may be substituted for the related work experience. Typing speed of 25cwpm and computer experience with proficiency in Windows applications required.

Medical terminology helpful. Good listening skills, ability to sit at length, and the ability to maintain professionalism under stress required.
