1. Team Development and Leadership :
- Develop and lead a team of direct reports, collaborating closely with dealers and sales support.
- Set a compelling vision, strategy, and direction for the sales unit, aligning it with broader business objectives.
- Foster a winning sales culture by communicating the strategy, establishing effective processes, and continuously developing the skills of the team.
2. Business Objectives and Targets :
- Set clear business objectives, metrics, and sales targets for the team.
- Allocate resources effectively to ensure successful execution.
- Conduct opportunity reviews, territory / account planning, and customer engagement checkpoints throughout the sales process.
3. Collaboration and Influence :
- Collaborate across the entire organization, including legal, finance, marketing, and operations to achieve overall business success.
- Identify market trends, competitive strategies, and potential new growth opportunities.
- Engage with key decision-makers and multiple stakeholders to advance the sales process.
- Adopt, embrace, and advance the use of Verisma’s sales strategies and tools including Revenue Storm (and / or others as necessary), Salesforce CRM, and the concepts associated with strategic selling.
Qualifications
- Experience : A minimum of ten years related sales experience in the healthcare industry that includes Health Information Management, Revenue Cycle, Information Technology, Diagnostics, or similar field.
- Certifications / Association Memberships : AHIMA, HIMSS, HFMA, RSNA, MGMA, etc.
- Skills :
- Strong negotiation and contracting skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Adept at Salesforce (CRM)
- Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
- Ability to influence growth opportunities through a comprehensive understanding of the product portfolio.
