Job Responsibilities :

• Oversee the entire speakerlogistics process from start tofinish
• Have a deep understanding and cooperation onthe event goals audience sponsor deliverables and contentstrategy
• Identify and reach out to highprofile keyindustry speakers
• Collaborate with speakers and internal andexternal teams to create topics andagendas
• Arrange and run both 1on1 and group prepcalls introducing speakers to moderators and otherpanelists
• Seamlessly incorporate sponsored speakersinto the agenda
• Organize and maintain content templates anddocumentation
• Conduct market research for the bestcompanies personas research and events in the AI and Techspace

Requirements

Minimum qualifications :

• 3 years of Tech Events industryexperience
• Successful track record of attracting andmanaging toptier highprofile speakers forevents
• Excellent familiarity with trends around AIdata cloud and transformativetechnologies
• Confident communicating with Directors VPsand Clevel in enterprise companies and hotstartups
• Diplomat with excellent written and verbalcommunication skills
• Excellent project and time managementskills
• Proactive strategicthinker

Preferred qualifications :

• Establishedconnections with potential speakers is aplus
• Project management or Partnerships salesbackground is a plus
